Depends on what you compare it with. It can come from a heavily industrialized area, in which case it can be rather nasty. It can come from out over the ocean, in which case it's OK. Even the nasty kind can be better than what's sitting in a puddle on the ground, and even the nice stuff can be nastier than something that's bubbling up from a natural well.
