if you are a girl 1500, if you are a boy 1800.

but it all depends on how much exercise you do. if you do loads of exercise then you can eat more.

also, as long around the right number of calories, the most important thing is that you eat healthy food. this doesnt have to be horrible but vegetables and fruit and carbohydrates would be better than red meat, processed food and milk.

and youll feel way better anyway
