I think your caloric burn calculations are wrong. For a woman who weighs only 120 lbs to burn a 1000 calories a day via exercise, she would have to be doing extreme athletics. If you are not a professional ballerina, olympic athlete, or a serial marathoner, I do not see how you could be using 1000 calories through exercise every day. That said, "only 1400" calories seems about right for a 120 lb woman. You are stating it as though you are somehow eating a restricted diet {"only"} that's about what most 120 lb women eat every day. 1400-1600 calories. 1600 calories would be on the higher end to maintain that weight. It looks like you have asked this question repeatedly, and no one understands it, because you are basically claiming that you have exercise anorexia and exercise for about 8 hours a day, but then you also eat 1400 calories. No one who was sick enough to desperately exercise all day long would then allow herself to eat normally. Perhaps you should go to a gym and get a free consult from a trainer there? Because something in you math is way off. I hope this doesn't seem snarky, I am being sincere- your math is OFF.
about 1500 calories a day without exercise, if you do any exercise you can increase by how many calories you have burned
hey i searched google and came to this nice page. suppose you are a 25 year old female who does very little exercise. at 130 and 5'4", you would have to consume 1585 calories in a day to maintain your weight. play with the factors at the website: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
The number of calories you should eat each day depends on several factors, including gender, age, height, sex, amount of exercise and overall health. A physically active 22 year old man requires considerably more calories than a 5ft 2ins 22 year old woman who does not exercise. The basic breakdown is calories = weight if you are simply existing in life. So if you eat 1200 calories a day you will weigh 120lbs. Now if you add exercise to the equation you would need to add more calories to maintain the weight. If you are concerned the best course is to see a Nutritionist or your doctor.
A general rule is to multiply your weight by 7.

It depends partially on your BMI, however, a rough estimation (assuming you mean 'How many calories a day should a 118 pound woman eat per day to lose weight) would be about 1200 calories a day, assuming no exercise is taking place.
This depends on your height and exercise routine, but you should probably have around 1800 calories to maintain your weight or 1500 to begin losing weight.
Any significant decrease in calories will lead to weight lost. If this 5' 2" woman eats say 2000-2500 hundred calories a day, then yes she will lose weight. Exercise is also a good way to help lose weight and make your body firm and toned.
How many calories does a 110 pound woman need a day to maintain her weight? Like 1500 calories..
15 hundred calories the most
If you weight 128lbs, then you should be asking yourself why you feel you need to be losing weight. Even for a 5'2" woman, 128 is a healthy weight. If you are having problems with "trouble spots" go to the gym and tone up. It would be healthier than cutting your calories.
