Are you still going through growing/puberty changes? Have you started or stopped a form of Birth Control recently? Are you on other medications that could affect your hormones? Do you find it happens around your period?- a monthly change in hormones!
All of these could be the reason for tenderness. If your tenderness proceeds to real pain, continues for weeks, or is only in one breast (not both) and you're still worried, you may want to consult your doctor.... of course, he/she would know more!
