No, they can be tender when you're starting your period or when there is illness as well. Breast tenderness can be a sign of pregnancy, but it doesn't always mean that you are pregnant when it occurs either.

It could mean something... it could mean nothing. Tender breasts are sometimes an indicator of pregnancy, but that is not always the case. Your breasts get tender (usually) because of a change in hormones.... sometimes the change is because of pregnancy but there are ALOT of other possibilities.... Are you still going through growing/puberty changes? Have you started or stopped a form of birth control recently? Are you on other medications that could affect your hormones? Do you find it happens around your period?- a monthly change in hormones! All of these could be the reason for tenderness. If your tenderness proceeds to real pain, continues for weeks, or is only in one breast (not both) and you're still worried, you may want to consult your doctor.... of course, he/she would know more!
It can be, however, that does not necessarily mean you are pregnant. It would be better to take a pregnancy test.

(vs) throwing up first thing in the morning a few weeks later.Ex: breast tenderness after last night means he sucked/bit/squeezed the girls too hard (vs) breast tenderness after a few weeks, usually accompanied later by a bit of breast tissue growthetc.
Well, stomach pain and breast pain are obviously two different areas., this should not determine pregnancy.. You would have other symptoms, such as breast tenderness and weight gain, nausea.. that is if you are pregnant. If your not then could be just time of the month and sometimes that causes stomach pain, which can be determined to be gastric pain.. Hope this helps..

If your eight weeks pregnant and your breast tenderness goes away, it doesn't mean that you are going to miscarry. Everyone's body is different. It's o.k. If your so worried than why don't you go get an ultrasound to see if your baby is alright. It's good to get ultrasounds early in your pregnancy anyway.
