you need 7000 calories to lose 1 kg
721 lbs/week (1 kg/2.2 lb)(3600 s/1 hour)(1 week/168 hours) = 328 kg/7023 seconds ================= * * * * * Something has gone wrong here! Also, the question asked for kg/sec not kg per 7023 seconds! 1 kg = 2.20462 pounds, although that is a minor detail. 1 week = 168 hours/week*3600 seconds/hour = 604800 seconds. So rate = 327.04 kg/604800s = 0.00054 kg/sec.
1 lb is recommended. -- My response: Loosing about 1-2 pounds a day is possible, and healthy, but anything above that isn't particularly healthy. It's possible to loose 5-7 pounds in a week if you exercise and eat well.
run fatty run!
You need to burn around 7716 calories to loose 1 kg. So for 5 kgs its 38580 calories. Considering 30 days in a month, so for 1 day its around 38580/30 = 1286 calories. As per recommendations, its not good to loose more than 2 pounds (almost 1 kg) per week (note: 2.2 pounds = 1kg).
Well, first of all, "pound" is a unit of force, while "kilogram" is a unit of mass,and neither one can be coverted to the other one, even though people arealways doing it.But in order to answer your question, we'll close our eyes, hold our nose, andsay that a kilogram of mass is 'equal' to its weight on Earth ... 2.20462 pounds.(721 pound/wk) x (1 kg/2.20462 pound) x (1 wk/7 da) x (1 da/86,400 sec) = 0.0005407 kg/sec (rounded)
well the truth is that you dont really loose weight. You might loose a couple of kilos for a week, but as soon as you eat again, you put on about 3-4 kilos. Its not worth it, just do it the natural way. (exercise)
Yes probably, just follow GM diet as it will give you perfect direction of what to eat and what not.I personally loose 5 kg in 1 week doing general motors diet.
loose of just 1 kg may just lead to loose of 0.032mm
Not possible to compare. Mile is unit of distance, kg is unit of weight
