In my experiences with my girlfriend, getting her sexually aroused during her period has caused the vaginal fluid along with blood to come pouring out..not a pretty sight! During the period though its pretty hard to arouse a girl, as she is in much pain due to cramping. So no, I don't think she'll get more aroused. Maybe slightly, but it will go away shortly.
