Make sure to appreciate yourself, respect your body, and nourish yourself with food! Rather than diet, just get some fun exercise if you're worried about weight. Ride a bike! Dance to some happy music in the privacy of your room if you want! Just jump around with friends! Whatever! But talk to an adult or doctor your trust and who is smart before even thinking of worrying about eating. Don't worry!
