My son is a 9 year old boy that has a love for food. He is 5' 2" and weights 149 lbs. He sometimes do karate, he used to play tennis. I will be signing him up for swimming within 2 weeks time. I have tried to control what he eats by not giving him large portions of just refused to give him certain treats when he asked. I know i am not going about it the right way, so I am asking for suggestions on this matter..
