fish,beef,chicken,turkey tuna any meats also cans of baked beans and egg whites are good. Also protein shakes are good for a high source of protein. just look at the ingredients in the food before you eat it. Alot of things have protein in that you wont know about e.g. a slice of bread has 3 grams of protein in it. makesure you eat fruit and veg to though... oh and don't do the Atkins diet if this is why you ask it can give you a heart attack.
you would die if you ate that many calories. to lose weigh find out how many calories you should be eating for your current weight and then find out how many calories you should be eating for your target weight. slowly inch your calories down to that target weight range. and really you should ask your doctor about weight loss. to see if you even need it.
