I'm not a specialist but i would say around 2,500 calories a day. And your best bet is to eat 6 small meals and not 3 regular meals. Say you go to sleep around 9 pm, don't eat for about 2 hours before then but if you have an off schedule or something and you exercize, you can workout after you eat and then go to sleep. And always drink about 2 liters of water a day and the best thing to do is to drink a glass of water right before you eat; You will not be as hungry meaning not as much food A diet will work but you need to exercize about 30 mins a day and mix it up every day. But make sure to run, jog or walk.
