Well, it really depends on the girls' laziness and athletic ability. An athletic girl would burn a large amount, but you can't be exact. It depends (once again). A lazy girl would burn a small amount, barely if you sit around all day. If you are in for losing weight, the key is to eat less then you burn-- remember don't get you calories by eating 3 giant bags of potato chips, but by a balanced diet of everything you need. Also remember burning calories will take some time. This meaning, jog early in the morning in fall, run to the gym in winter, swim often in summer and obviously do some work or all of these during spring-- beautiful weather that time of year. Anyhow, the main key is to eat less then you burn... like money: spend less then you make :)
It depends on how many calories they consume; if you are of a slighter build and eat less calories, you need to burn less.
about 200-300 calories.. .it depends on how hard you run
My daughter is 11 and she burns 2100 calories a day, but Se is very active. Is that enough?
It depends on your weight and your height. Chek a height and weight chart.
3,680 per year
You should lose about 50 calories in a day if your calorie intake is 1200.

Near and around 1800 if your into sports and burn calories add more
1500 calories
about 1000 - 1100 calories
A 11 year old girl should have 3,880 calories a day.
This depends on your height and weight, as well as age. An average 125-pound sixteen year old girl burns an average of 1,800 calories a day. If you weigh more, you burn more calories, and vice versa.
