That depends on how much you eat, what you eat and how active you are. It can take all from a week to a month, more or less. All I can say is that you should NOT try to starve yourself and not eat anything at all. Your body will just go into a "starvation mode" and use less energy (and burn less fat), and you'll feel more tired. You should eat healthy food (carbos are healthy!) until you're not hungry, and you should work out, like run some miles two or three days a week.
Yes, but it would take you a long time to lose a few pounds.
she could lose about 2 lbs a week, that would be a healthy weight loss/
If you weigh 215 pounds and fast for 7 days then you would lose several pounds. However, you would most likely regain weight once you started eating normally again. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need to exercise, change your eating habits on a long-term basis, and lose weight slowly and steadily.
You are at a very normal weight. There would be no need to lose weight.
In general, it's better to lose weight slowly; most doctors will suggest 1-2 pounds a week. At one pound a week, it would take about a year and a half to lose 71 pounds.
Sorry- there is no way to lose 40 pounds in one week that would not kill you. A weight loss diet will typically reduce weight by about 2 pounds a week. Even if you ate NOTHING for a week you would not lose 40 pounds.
you shouldn't want to lose 120 lbs. if you 192- you'd be only like 70 pounds and that's an unhealthy weight difference
It's different for everyone, but I would hope it would take at least 6 months.
7 pounds of fat
You have to lose five pounds.
Each person varies with how long it will take to lose 30 pounds. On average, a person can lose around 2 pounds per week. It would take 3.75 weeks to lose 30 pounds with diet and exercise.
