Addicted but skinnyGet single gear bicycle. Use a lot of illegal stimulants. Ride everywhere. This is highly dangerous and illegal, but you will lose the weight. AnswerEat Well and excersize is the best way.... do 30 minutes of waliking dayily and cut on the sweets...have oine or two lght carbs a day and eat alot of fiber...that should do it
