By "like" I'm assuming you mean romantically interested in you.

It can be hard to tell, because waitresses often act friendly (sometimes even flirtatiously) in hopes of getting a better tip from you. That being said, if she spends more time at your table than the others, focuses mostly on you (as opposed to others at your table), asks you increasingly personal questions (such as, "How old are you?" and "Are you married?"), then she might genuinely be interested in you. If you gives you her phone number, that's also a good sign. :-)
