yes for sure you can loose weight in 4 days. As far as i know. Things which depends on the weight loss 1.Your age (if you are younger you will loose weight rapidly) 2.Sex (Males loose more weight then females) Now the tips 1.Stop eating oil and sugar ( if need oil eat olive oil and if need sugar only use sugar free) 2.Include egg in your diet heavily.( only eat boil egg) ,eat the white part only 3.in evening finish your dinner before 8 and before sleep go for a walk. 4.Drink as much water you can.( 3-4 litres are excellent)
