You have to have a lifestyle change because if you do lose body fat and go back to your old lifestyle (what you eat etc) then you will put it straight back on and probably more. It takes dedication and a lot of hard work to lose body fat and keep it off. Oh and you will be hungry because if you take something away from the body (calories) it is going to react (hunger in this case).
