Sure. Why not? Look it comes down to what a person wants, and how they see themselves and how they want others to see them. I have lots of male clients, some of them with nostril piercings, they don't look any more or any less male.

Piercings are about the individual, regardless of gender. The sooner people look at the person and quit worrying about gender the sooner everyone will get along. Take a look at Denise Rodman, he has his nostril pierced and well so.......... What's that say about him? His logic was this, "it intimidates the other guys on the court". Well that's Denise for you. So is it OK for a boy to have is nose pierced, sure, it's up to him.
