Where can you find energy ball at Pokemon platinum?

1) You must go to Survival Area (get the Nati Dex)

2) Head to the east and into the grass, scale the wall using Rock Climb (HM)

3)Go UP, BOTTOM RIGHT, TOP RIGHT, STRAIGHT FORWARD AND UP THE LADDER TO THE RIGHT, WALK PAST THE TWO [2] TRAINERS AND SCALE THE WALL ON YOUR BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER. There you should see a pokeball, that's the TM, Energy Ball.
