Normally, in this situation, I'd say "what on EARTH are you talking about", but because I've played a game where you need to rescue a medicham, I'll try to help. I am guessing that you have red/blue rescue, right? So, all you have to do is go to the Wish Cave, which is one of those "Accept the terms or you can't come in" places. go in, and go for it! Try, and try, until you reach Floor 20. THAT is where medi. is, not Floor 99, that would be Jirachi. They will say "Thank you" and you get a wish stone, which i believe you need to get the wish.Take in only the essential items, as its gonna be a toughie.
