I try and count to the highest number in the world in my head! or i try and think of my whole day in my head again. or think of you dream world in your head and meet friends there!! or whatever you hobby is think of you doing it in your head (for example if your hobby is singing then imagine you as a singing pop star!) try any of these things, xx
