The best way to teach Machamp Mimic is to do it in either Firered/Leafgreen or Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. If you want to do it in R/S/E, go to Lavaridge Town. If you're in FR/LG, go to Saffron City. Find the Mimic Tutor's house. I don't remember the exact location, but it's not hard to find. Once you find her, give her a Pokedoll, and in exchange, she will teach one of your Pokemon Mimic. Be aware that this is a one-time thing. Once you learn it once, it can't be done again.
