If your account wont let you log on all you have to do is have your webkinz code handy. When you get to the log in page just click 'I forgot may password'. Then enter the webkinz code and they will give you a new, unique password you can change later if you want!
Do Webkinz expire?
unfortunatly yes after a year. but the good thing is if you get a new webkinz you can renew them. my brother's webkinz account expired about 2 years ago but just last week we bought him a new webkinz and the account was renewed. webkinz will wait and save you account forever until you renew it. so it's not like when it expires the account is erased forever. -Espeon-princess P.S- my webkinz account is angelcakes77 so if any of you wanna add me then here it is. they wont expire anymore go to webkinzinsider for the info
