Go through the level until you're near the end, coming up towards the Magnemite. Look to the right and you will see a lone Electrode, throw an apple at it and it will explode, knocking down the tunnel wall and opening the path to the volcano level.

Keep following that path with all those trainers and get to Rock Tunnel.
