He is ultra strong, and has Pokemon of all types, but not as strong as Red at the top of Mt. Silver. All of Red's Pokemon are in the eighties. He has Lapras, Pikachu, Snorlax, Blastoise, Charizard, and Venusaur. I had to use my level 100 special event Arceus to beat him, and even Arceus fainted a few times, not to mention everyone else. Bring revives, strategies, and backup strategies.
