when you get to cianwood city, go to the cave that leads to the safari zone. go up all the stairs and go through the entrance. walk along the edge and you'll see a few trainers, make your way to the cave entrance by the trainer with the DUNSPARCE. you can go up or down. if you go down, you can surf around and look for SEEL or possibly a DEWGONG. if you go up, you will battle 2 trainers outside of the upper exit/entrance. walk through the winding path and you'll make it to the safari zone gate.
