Regirock: his cave is in the south of the desert. go inside.read the inscription then go 2 steps left, 2 steps down, then use rock smash. The door to regirock's chamber will open and you will be able to catch him at lvl 40.
Regice: Got to cave in route 105. Read the inscription and then run aroud the cave's perimeter (inside the cave) in a clockwise manner. stay next to the walls. after u finish the lap the door will open and you fight regice lvl 40.
Registeel: Route 120, go now! You read the inscription and then go to the center of the cave and use flash. The door will open and then you'll find registeel at level 40!
