RE-EDIT (I'm gonna fix your grammar here, bro.): Around the Northwest area of the Safari Zone there is Golden Teeth on the ground. They are in a Pokeball on the sand. After you have gotten them, go to the house owned by the Warden (the man unable to speak,) and he will give you HM Strength.
HM Strength can be used to get past SeaFoam Islands, the area you should be heading to next.
