well. first you go to east chilly fields. then follow the penguin to the other side of the ice. when you get there, there is an igloo house. then search to your right for a polar bear. Once you find him knock him out by waiting for him to go to sleep or hide in the grass. press the - button to bark for a short time, or better yet press - for a long time to get your dog to howl.
