The Safari Warden has HM04 and will give it to players who find his Gold Teeth. The warden lost his teeth in the Safari Zone near the Secret House in Area 3. To reach this part do the following: Starting at the Central Area (which is the beginning) go northeast to Area 1, head northwest until you reach Area 2, head northwest and go around the large trees and then head south to reach Area 3, check the pokeball to get the Gold Teeth and go into the house to the left to get HM03 which contains Surf. Now go back to the warden's home and give him his teeth to get HM04.
