I found the North Pole Altar today
Keep going up until you reach a map that looks like a triangle
then take the bottom left exit and keep going
It's very tricky so be careful. you will run into a lot of monsters so try not to avoid them.. along the way you can find a mordax the monster tatyana uses and it's very good. Good Luck :)

The Only way to defeat or find Acidrake is to click battle monster, there is no quest to find the monster/
You need to find natural dungeons or caves. There will be a chance that a monster spawner will be in there.
You will find the mood of your monster displayed in the bar of the left the screen. A face will represent whether your monster is happy, sad etc.

Goc (Son of Gruul) and his altar can be found in Goc's Hollow, which is situated at the North-east part of Blade's Edge Mountains in Outland. It's just North of the arena and west of Gruul's Lair.
The altar locations are located by a "rune" icon on the world map. You can also find specific altar locations by Googling "Runescape Altar Map".
