You will find the seven sages at these places in Pokemon White:
1. The end of Route 18. looking out to sea.
2. The dreamyard (The ruined building place near the 1st gym, there should be stairs that lead down underground. Follow it and it should lead to him.)
3. The very bottom of the relic castle (the desert ruins). Volcarona, Fire, and Bug moth can also be found down here at Level 70)
4. The very bottom of Chargestone Cave. the place with all the electric floating rocks
5. In the cold storage area where you fought some Team Plasma grunts before the fifth badge.
6. Route 14 (Needs Surf and Waterfall). the first bridge you come to to with a karate guy wanting a battle on it (unless you have already beaten him). use surf on the left of the bridge, then use waterfall to go up the waterfall , then the next waterfall right in front of you. he will be there on the left part of the grass.
7. It was taken away by the champion and the male rival (cheren i think) in the team plazma castle so you don't need to search for seven but only six.
(the names of the places are from the English version but you should still be able to have some idea of what i mean in the Japanese version)
