From What I know After you hit level 70 (max level), you can choose to keep that rank or re level to level 70 as a prestige. You lose all weapons and their attachments for them. All u get is a title that says THE PRESTIGE. That's it

Hey i have 3 PSN accounts all playing mw2 and im 6th prestige on my first one yea you will lose your guns and have to start all over again but on the up side you get more spots to put guns more guns = more fun! im staying on no prestige on my 2nd account because I dont want to do all the leveling again...
