It is anywhere the is smooth stone, even on the serface, like on a cliff, or a chunk loading error.
To fix it, restart minecraft, and in the launcher, click the options button next to the login button and click force update, than try again

it might be a problem with the dowload try redowloading it. if that dosint work try emailing the website for suport.

You should re-install Minecraft, this may fix the issue.
In Reverse order of the stops
Restart the game. If that doesn't work try restarting your xbox.
You might have deleted the nessescary files to run minecraft. Go to options on the startup menu and press force update/
