Who is weaker out of Dialga and Palkia in Pokemon platinum?
Well it really depends on what you are doing and what moves they have. At the moment I have a level 100 Palkia (Moves- Surf, Spatial Rend, Aura Sphere, Earth Power) that is my favourite and the better due to the fact Dialga's level is 88 and the moves i taught are mostly crap (moves- roar of time, earth power, cut, strength). They both do a good job of smashing other Pokemon. I'll get dialga up to level 100 (teach it some good moves) and vs Palkia. I'll get back to you on this one. Yeah I did this and Palkia SMASHED Dialga. But I think it still doesn't matter because you will rarely be versing hard Pokemon.

When you first get palkia it knows spacial rend, ancient power, water pulse and dragon claw. If you keep raising it, it will learn heal block. A lady can teach it Draco meteor, and later you can teach it avalanche.
