(Only in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum) After you have a Pokemon that has 10 different ribbons and you get the National Pokedex by beating the Elite Four and talking to Professor Rowan in his lab in Sandgem town, go to the "Ribbon Syndicate" in the Resort Area. Go upstairs there, and you will get a spa treatment. It makes it a lot friendlier to you.
