Switch 3 --> Switch 2 --> Switch 1
You'll need to fight 3 Grunts(2 to get to Director, 1 in front of the director)
Once you leave, all the doors should be closed. Press the switch(labled Emergency) and it should open the doors you opened using the pattern above.
