Where can you get a pokeflute in Pokemon liquid crystal?

You need to get the radio card from the radio tower (after returning the missing part to the power plant), once you have this walk up to any snorlax and play the radio (found in the pokegear) it will play the pokeflute through the radio and wake up the snorlax then you can go to cinnabar island, if that is where you are going.

In Pokemon Liquid Crystal, you can obtain the Pokeflute at the Radio Tower in Goldenrod City. It is given to you by the director after you have rescued the radio director from Team Rocket in the underground basement of the Goldenrod Radio Tower.
