You can't create a vampire as your Sim.Just pick Bridgeport (the town you will play in),create a Sim, at night go to a vampire lounge or a vampire household, get friendly with a vampire, then 'ask to turn' and they will turn you into a vampire. Once you have this go to the grave yard and here you will find a small building going down three floors with a coffin (to the north,east of the gates). Wait here until a vampire apears, it should do eventully, and then converce with him and become his freind. over time an option should appear saying 'ask to turn' press this until he or she agrees to turn you into a vampire. when you are a vampire you can run faster than other sims, hunt, drink the blood of other sims and much more. hope this helped!
