1. you need to get The Sims 3 late night expansion pack

2.make a family of humans

3.young adults go to a bar or a club when you see a vampire befriend it and ask to turn

4.you will see a picture with fangs in your emotion box

5.it will take a few days in sim time to become one

6.then you can read people's thoughts ,drink blood,make people like you,turn people into vampires,and find out sims trait without even talking to them

7. when have a baby it becomes a vamp but cannot drink blood until young adult

8.live a normal sim life

9. cannot turn sims that are children,babies or teens

10.if you go in the sunlight you lose vampire power STOP GO BACK INSIDE AND DRINK PLAMSA JUICe
