You cannot get all 3 Starter Pokemon in Pokemon Emerald without trading for the other 2.
The only other way is to cheat.
The only possible way is by trading.
Cyndaquil and all other pre-fourth generation starters are unavailable in Pokemon pearl and diamond. You must transfer it from Pokemon Emerald. If you do not have Emerald, sign up on a Pokemon trading forum and find someone who is willing to trade you one.
Depends on what game you're on. And aren't there other ways of getting different Pokémon than catchable in your game than trading over platinum? Like importing from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald

A pokemon emerald is considered one of the more difficult cards to collect in pokemon and is sometimes available on ebay or other cards trading sites.
You can't without trading from other games or cheats.

No. You can only get Rayquaza by hacking the game or trading from Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. Other than that... No.

You have to catch one in emerald after the elite four in Pokemon emerald and you have to trade the other lati from Pokemon sapphire or ruby.
You can't catch or obtain other trainers Pokemon in emerald.
Well, basically what you do in other Pokemon games, complete sidequests, and of corse you gotta "Ketchum" all. xD lool Thinks you can do: *Capturing Raikou, Entei or Suicune (depends on your starter) *Capturing all 28 Unown forms *Getting an Aurora Ticket and going to Birth island to capture Deoxys *Getting a Mystery Ticket and going to Navel Rock for Lugia and Ho-oh *Trading Latias & Latios from Hoenn (Ruby/Saphire/Emerald) *Trading Mew from Hoenn (Emerald) *Trading Chikorita, Cyndaquil and Totodile from Hoenn (Emerald) *Trading Regirock, Regice and Registeel from Hoenn (Ruby/Saphire/Emerald) *Trading Kyogre from Hoenn (Saphire/Emerald) *Trading Groudon from Hoenn (Ruby Emerald) *Trading Rayquaza from Hoenn (Ruby/Saphire/Emerald) *Trading the other two Legendary Dogs from Kanto (Fire Red/Leaf Green) *Trading the other two starters from Kanto (Fire Red/Leaf Green) *Trading Treecko, Trochic and Mudkip from Hoenn (Ruby/Saphire/Emerald) *Getting Jirachi from Special Event *Getting Celebi from Colosseum (Japanese Version only) because it's in the bonus disk *Trading all the other Pokemon that are missing from fire red from Kanto/Hoenn (Fire Red/Leaf Green/Ruby/Saphire/Emerald) Otherwise just use a action replay to get'em all (despite being alble to complete the pokedex, it's more entertaining getting them from other games (except for Celebi that an AR is really needed)
