Ho-oh* and you fly to new Bark town, then surf from the east coast until you get to a cave. Then you exit it and keep following the path, until you get to victory road. It's really easy to get through victory road, you only go through like 4 floors, but if you can't be arsed going through, use a walkthrough on YouTube, they really help! I also recommend you take a lot of repels with you, well 10-15 max/super repels. The elite four is very easy aswell.
