He'll give you the Master Ball and tell you to visit the Ecruteak Dance Hall, in which all five Kimono Girls will be waiting to defeat you. After that, they can be found in the Whirl Islands, in Lugia's Cave. This is where you will battle Lugia. After that, I think they return to their Dance Theater, but I have not looked.
