Not exactly fake, but there was a Pokemon Green version, released only in Japan, to correspond with Pokemon Yellow, Red & Blue.

On YouTube there's also a very glitchy fake version of Pokemon Gold, which is being played for about twenty minutes. It was said to be a Pokemon game for the SNES, which was still quite popular whilst the Gameboy was in the stores with Pokemon.

Well, if you mean hacked Pokemon games there are a lot: Naranja version,Chaos Black,Quartz version etc.

Pokemon shinygold, chaosblack, frigoreturns, Quarts, naranja, arcoris are fake.
