you need all 8 jhoto gym bages. the den is behind the blackthorn city gym. you 2hm's #1 surf and #2 whirlpool surf behind the then you will see an old man and a cave don't talk to the old man, go in the cave. the cave's easy to get trew it. you need 1 water type poke'mon you can catch 4 then go in the house go to the old man in back. talk to him he will give you a poke'mon. then out of the cave and go to poke'center then change your poke'mon to your best poke'mon. GOOD LUCK!
