The FPS depends on your computer, not minecraft itself. However, the maximum FPS Minecraft can reach is 1700.

Its ok, not super. I actually have the Aspire V5-122P-0600 myself if thats what you are thinking of. It gets usually 15-25 fps.

I would suggest making your own computer. It can be a little expensive but its definitely worth the time and the money. If you don't know how to build a computer there are many great tutorials online that can show you.
If you only get 1 fps when using shaders, the reason is likely that your computer isn't powerful enough to run shaders. If this is the case, consider lowering graphics settings. If not, try reinstalling shaders and Minecraft.

as you add more worlds and blocks and buildings it uses more ram. you can boost your FPS by pressing Esc options then video setiings. turn render distance to normal turn clouds off turn performance to MAX FPS and grafics to fast.
