Heatran: Go with buck and go through strk mt. then go talk to him in the survival area.
Dialga: beat the snowpiont gym and go to spear pillar.
Palkia: you can't catch palkia
Giratina: go to Turnback cave after you get the natianal dex
shaymin: get mystery gift after getting the natinal dex
darkrai: get mystery gift and go to canlave. go to that house that was locked but it opens and you get a ride to new moon!
cresselia:after you get the natinal dex go to the sailors house the kid is tormented by darkrai talk to the sailor and he takes you to full moon get the lunar wing. she flies off to roam sinoh.
Uixe/ azelf go to there caverns
MESPIRIT: GO IT'S cavern talk to it it goes roming the sinoh region as well. FOR THE TRIO GO AFTER SPEAR PILLAR [UIXE MESPIRIT AND AZELF ARE TRIO]
ROTOM: after getting the natinal dex go to the old gateau and examen the tv between 8pm and 4am
regigigas: get all three regies and go to the snow point temple.
arceus:get an event and go to spear pillar play the azure Flute just before the steps and a big stair case shows up go up to catch the god of Pokemon.
