EVs stand for Effort Values. They are how much of a stat your Pokemon earns when it levels up. If you wish to work on a single stat, fight certain Pokemon. If you level up by fighting a lot of Starlys, you will get lots of the speed EVs, giving your Pokemon more of the speed stat. Those items like Proetin and Iron also give you EVs. If you EV train your Pokemon a lot they will become very powerful.

One to three without items and Pokerus, up to, I think, eight with Pokerus and the right items. Go to Bulbapedia if you want to know which Pokemon give you which EVs.

On the pokemon's info screen? That means that your pokemon has recovered from Pokerus. All it means is that the pokemon will now gather EVs at twice the usual rate.
I don't have any, but you can go to neoseeker.com and see if they have some.

action replay comes with codes for protein x999 ect. but, every Pokemon is limited to 255 evs per stat, and on top of that, a limit of 512 evs per Pokemon, so if you give a lvl 100 Pokemon a vitamin and it says it wont have an effect, it already has 512 evs. but don't worry, there are berries, i think 21 to 26 or so that remove evs. why would you want to remove evs? cuz your Pokemon got 512 evs before you learned all of this
Of course they do.They are completely normal pokemon.
EVs are Effort Value points. Each pokemon you battle gives certain EVs. IVs are Individual Value points. A pokemon will have a random number between 1-31 indicating how much growth each stat will have.
there are two ways you can do this: (1) level up the pokemon or (2) place the pokemon in the PC and take it back out. Both cause stats to be recalculated. Remember that EVs will change the level 100 stat by 1 for every 4 EVs. only 510 EVs can legally be given to any pokemon and a maximum of 255 can be attributed to any one stat. with effective EVs only working in multiples of 4, the maximum effective EVs for any single stat is 252 and a maximum of 508 EVs will have any effect on a pokemon (when all used in multiples of 4 on a pokemon's stats).

you can not reduce evs in leafgreen and firered
Effort Values? Its the raise in stats you get from battling your Pokemon against others. e.g. by battling zubats, your Pokemon get increased speed stats. You cannot get infinite evs though. You can also use Protein and Iron etc. They count as evs too.
Each gives 10 Effort Values to the associated stat. You can't give any more once the Pokemon has 100 EVs for that stat or has 510 EVs in all.
In my opinion, the best party with move sets and EVs in Pokemon X including the legendaries is the trade and using of cheat codes such as AR.
Pokemon that don't have max EVs or IVs. If you don't hack, then you can use any Pokemon you have.
