Max out your Pokemon's EVs.
EVs stand for Effort Values. They are how much of a stat your Pokemon earns when it levels up. If you wish to work on a single stat, fight certain Pokemon. If you level up by fighting a lot of Starlys, you will get lots of the speed EVs, giving your Pokemon more of the speed stat. Those items like Proetin and Iron also give you EVs. If you EV train your Pokemon a lot they will become very powerful.
Effort ValuesHow it worksEffort Values are what separate weak and strong Pokemon of the same species. here are some important numbers to remember about EVs:- A max of 510 EVs can be earned- 255 EV can be obtained in one stat (HP, Attack, Defence, Speed, Sp. Attack, Sp. Defence)- 4 EV in one stat = 1 level higher in that stat- A max of 63 lvls in one stat can be obtain (255/4 and round down)ExampleHe is an example of how EVs works: I have 2 Garchomps (both Same nature and IV). Every time you lvl up, you will get more Hp than you regularly will will. There is no Pokemon better than blissey (except the rarer, but weaker Chansey) For HP Evs. Another thing you should note is that your HP EVs will only go to 252 then, all EV training put into HP will be Useless. Another thing is that 510 is the ABSOLUTe limit of ALL EVs your Pokemon can have

action replay comes with codes for protein x999 ect. but, every Pokemon is limited to 255 evs per stat, and on top of that, a limit of 512 evs per Pokemon, so if you give a lvl 100 Pokemon a vitamin and it says it wont have an effect, it already has 512 evs. but don't worry, there are berries, i think 21 to 26 or so that remove evs. why would you want to remove evs? cuz your Pokemon got 512 evs before you learned all of this
Of course they do.They are completely normal pokemon.
Nowhere near the same, a bred Pokemon has accumulated EVs (Effort Values) over the course of fighting, and will have much higher stats.
You gain EV's from fighting certain pokemon other than online battles, so any pokemon in the wild, trainer (in game) means you gain EV's
EVs are Effort Value points. Each pokemon you battle gives certain EVs. IVs are Individual Value points. A pokemon will have a random number between 1-31 indicating how much growth each stat will have.
there are two ways you can do this: (1) level up the pokemon or (2) place the pokemon in the PC and take it back out. Both cause stats to be recalculated. Remember that EVs will change the level 100 stat by 1 for every 4 EVs. only 510 EVs can legally be given to any pokemon and a maximum of 255 can be attributed to any one stat. with effective EVs only working in multiples of 4, the maximum effective EVs for any single stat is 252 and a maximum of 508 EVs will have any effect on a pokemon (when all used in multiples of 4 on a pokemon's stats).

Every Pokemon gives a different type and amount of EVs, and every Elite Four is different. Because of this, the amount of EVs you get from the Elite Four varies by game.
