To my knowledge Ludicolo does not learn Hydropump, however, Lombre learns hydropump at level 49.
Lombre can evolve into Ludicolo with a Water Stone (Lombre can also be traded to evolve).
In my opinion, Ludicolo is the best Grass Pokemon, because the Water/Grass combo is strong or neutral to most attacks.
ludicolo is a grass and water pokemon, if you use swampert against ludicolo, i suggest that you use the move earthquake. If you use muddy water, it is not very effective.
nothing bum

You can't find it in the Sinnoh region, you have to migrate one from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.
All Pokemon from Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn can be obtained in Ruby. Lotad, Lombre, Ludicolo, Sableye, Seviper, Lunatone, and Kyogre must be traded from Sapphire. Other Pokemon like the starters must also be traded over.
Are you reffering to the exclusive PoKeMoN in Pokemon Ruby? These are all the Pokemon exclusive to Ruby that can ONLY be found in Pokemon Ruby and NOT Pokemon Sapphire: Pokemon Ruby Exclusives 1. Seedot 2. Nuzleaf 3. Shiftry 4. Mawile 5. Zangoose 6. Solrock 7. Latios 8. Groudon These are only Exclusive to the Sapphire version: 1. Lotad 2. Lombre 3. Ludicolo 4. Sableye 5. Seviper 6. Lunatone 7. Latias 8. Kyogre
There is no possible way to get Seedot, Nuzleaf, or Shiftry without trading from Ruby or Emerald. Instead, Sapphire has Lotad, Lombre, and Ludicolo. Sorry!
You cant catch a wild ludicolo. You have to evolve it from a Lombre
